Addison Graham was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1998. She now currently lives in Russellville and is attending Arkansas Tech University for a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Addison’s mother claims she started doodling at the age of four, and her interest in artwork and sketching continued to grow after. In the beginning, she was influenced by her father who is an artist as well. Later in life, she took art lessons from a family friend, Sanniemarie Slabbert, and to this day is in and out of Arkansas Tech studio classes. Addison enjoys painting and printmaking the most, but dapples in different mediums for her degree. A lot of her artwork is inspired by visiting new places, listening to music, and overall by new experiences. When someone looks at her work, she hopes that they sense her emotions from the experience that inspired the painting.  In a few years, Addison hopes to be studying at an art institute and on the path to get a master’s degree in fine arts, and a few years after that, she hopes to be a professor.
