Development Director
The Fort Smith Regional Art Museum (RAM) is accepting applications for a full-time Development Director. The Development Director is a pivotal role within RAM, responsible for driving the museum’s fundraising efforts and ensuring sustainable growth. This position is key to cultivating relationships with donors, securing financial support, and enhancing the museum’s capacity for future initiatives. All work is done under the direction of and in partnership with the Executive Director.
- Drive fundraising strategies and secure sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships.
- Collaborate on new fundraising opportunities and manage special events.
- Represent RAM at community events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years in development or relationship management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with event management.
RAM is a 501(c)3 charitable organization in its 77th year of championing art in the Fort Smith River Valley region by providing enriching experiences that are accessible for all.
