This exhibition will take you on a journey of RAM, beginning with our inception in 1948 under the Arkansas Association of University Women, up to our 75th Anniversary year of 2023.
Complete with timeline, historical images and highlights of our organizations milestones, this exhibit will tell you our story, from Art Center to Museum.

Through acquisitions and donations over the last 75 years, RAM has a beautiful and diverse Permanent Collection. The artwork on view daily represents a small portion of RAMs Permanent Collection, now numbering over 500 pieces.
This exhibition will feature art with an array of subject matter and tell the stories of numerous artists whose works have graced our walls over the years and helped the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum become the cultural treasure that it is today.

From wire sculptures that create contour and form, oil or chalk landscape paintings, to digital art—the upcoming Southside High School exhibition at RAM features works by students in a variety of media and subject matter.
