Join us on Friday, February 14, from 5 – 7 pm for the opening reception of Peeking Inside the Imagination, a vibrant exhibition featuring student artwork from Southside High School. This showcase presents a diverse array of media and styles from the Sculpture, Art II, Art III and AP Art classes. Sculpture students have been challenged to explore contour and form using wire and cardboard, while Art II students have demonstrated their skills by merging graphite and perspective into intricate treehouse designs. Art III students have created layered mixed media compositions through photography and image transfer. The exhibition also includes stunning examples of digital art, painting, and printmaking. There’s truly something for everyone in this collection from the Maverick art students!

Reception is free with light refreshments provided. After opening night, this exhibit will be on view through June 14.
